Beyoncé‘s iconic Coachella is not only did she bring her girls Kelly and Michelle out but she also had a custom wardrobe designed by French fashion house Balmain. From today, you’ll be able to shop a special capsule collection inspired by the singer’s festival looks earlier this year.
The three-piece collection will include the yellow and pink sweatshirts she wore on stage as well as a black t-shirt with the same sorority-inspired graphic. The best part though? Proceeds from the collaboration will go to the United Negro College Fund. This is after the singer donated $100,000 to four historically black colleges after her initial coachella set.
“Beyoncé, she’s such a perfectionist; she’s someone that is so strong and has such a great point of view,” Balmain Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing tells Vogue.
“She’s about feminism, empowering women, and the idea of bringing that collaboration where we can share the same ideas, the same vision of music, the same vision of fashion, the same vision of what is going on in the world, it’s more than just clothes. It’s a strong message, and I’m really proud to be a part of that”
The collection launches at Balmain’s flasghip store in Paris on July 13 with the release available online on July 14.
