Each mainstays of Australia’s Mexican cuisine scene, Jose Cuervo and Beach Burrito Co. join flavour forces this November to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. Otherwise known as Day of the Dead, this November 2 will see the Jetty Road locale throw a tasty fiesta of epic proportions and you’re invited.
Burrito babes unite as two flavour-filled worlds collide this Day of the Dead for a limited-edition, one-day-only menu offering – The Tequila Taco. For just $5, sink your teeth into the mouth-watering Lime Beef Tequila Taco, complete with a delicious marinade that’s infused with zingy Jose Cuervo.
“It was a no-brainer for us and Jose Cuervo to collaborate and create a taco that diners can go loco for!” says Joel McDonald of Beach Burrito Co.
Can’t get enough of the strong stuff? Wash it all down with the coolest drink of the summer, the Frojose. Keep the Jose Cuervo flowing with Beach Burrito’s spin on last year’s must-sip, frozen rosé.
“Last summer it was all about the Frosé, this summer is all about the frozen margarita a.k.a. the Frojose. For tequila lovers, we recommend pairing the Tequila Taco with your new favourite summer drink, The Classic Frojose,” says Joel.
Get bayside and enjoy a finger-licking Day of the Dead dining experience as Beach Burrito Co celebrate Dia de los Muertos this November.
The Tequila Taco will be available from Beach Burrito Co. for $5 on Thursday, November 2.
