Add some extra crunch to your morning muesli. This Banana & Macadamia “NiceCream” Cup recipe is topped off with pieces of The Bar Counter‘s High Protein Dark Chocolate & Almond bar to keep you extra satisfied and fuller for longer.
-1x The Bar Counter High Protein Dark Chocolate & Almond bar
-1x medium banana (frozen)
-½ cup coconut milk
-1 tsbp coconut syrup
-10g macadamias (roughly chopped)
-1 tbsp of peanut butter (crunchy)
-¼ cup muesli
1. Place the banana, coconut milk, coconut syrup, macadamia and peanut butter into a blender at high speed. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Place a layer of the mix inside a cup, and top it off with muesli.
3. Add the rest of the mix to create another layer.
4. Top it off with sliced banana and pieces of some The Bar Counter bar.
