The last time we spoke to Tiffany Stuckey, designer of Adelaide-based label Millicent Elizabeth, she was just about to showcase her collection, ‘Pillar’, at the 2017 Adelaide Fashion Festival. Now she’s back with an incredible new one titled ‘Perception’, complete with a beautiful new lookbook as well.
As with her previous collections, ‘Perception’ is all about creating timeless, ethical and wearable pieces – from a beautiful silk slip to tailored black pants – it’s about something that you want to reach for over and over again. With this ethos in mind, Tiffany continues to champion the slow fashion movement and making her pieces from 100% natural fibres.
“Our latest collection explores the act of embracing new experiences to gain perception. We also celebrate the reflection and refraction of light and life through water,” says Tiffany.
Also, as it has been in the past, each Millicent Elizabeth piece remains handcrafted right here in South Australia. So you know you’re supporting local as well as looking after the environment when you buy one of her beautiful pieces.
