From The Wild
A four-year stint in Byron Bay working within the raw food industry inspired Shanti Wilby, who hails from Adelaide, to develop her own brand of vegan and dietary-friendly boutique cakes, sweets and treats. And so From the Wild was born, bringing together Shanti’s keen eye for detail with her passion for health-conscious desserts. Keep an eye out for From the Wild’s creations at the likes of My Kingdom for a Horse, Pollen 185 and Froth & Fodder, as well as in the Adelaide Hills region. While their multi-tiered raw wedding cakes act as the perfect centrepiece.
Live a Little Artisan Gelato
Proudly South Australian made and owned, Live a Little Artisan Gelato take a 100% vegan approach to gelato, using no animal products, and providing a dairy-free range that incorporates soy or coconut milk as a base. You can find these guys every Sunday at the culinary mecca that is The Market Shed on Holland, serving up their finger lickin’ ice cream sandwiches, as well as their crowd favourite vegan waffles. While their classic flavours like cookie dough, salted caramel and dark chocolate are available at selected retail outlets.
With a food philosophy that centres on ‘sinless indulgence’, Raw Karma is in the business of healthy, raw and organic plant-based cakes that are made with an ethical conscience. They’re famous for their raw donuts, as well as their range of Karma Balls, a raw interpretation of the stock-standard protein ball, which features flavours such as brownie, Jaffa and Turkish delight. While you can catch Raw Karma every fortnight at The Market Shed, they’ve got a made-to-order arm that’s set up to cater to your individual or business needs!
Not only is Nutrition Republic an organic espresso and elixir bar, specialising in organic coffee, protein superfood smoothies and coconut water elixirs, it’s known for its healthy plant-based meals and raw desserts made in-house with love. Their raw cakes are 100% gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, and there’s a flavour to suit every taste, including classic chocolate, lemon berry and our favourite, the Aero-esque choc mint.

Argo on the Parade
The team at Argo on the Parade have added yet another option to their monster menu, and it’s a health-conscious answer to the classic soft serve. Introducing CocoWhip, the world’s first vegan and bio-fermented coconut soft serve. Being vegan, gluten, dairy, and most importantly guilt free, you can’t really go wrong.
