Happy Way has been expanding their incredible brand all around the country and to the rest of the world but they haven’t forgotten where it all started, returning home later this month to join forces with fitness icon, Dasha Gaivoronski for Move with Happy Way – The Cooking Edition.
The very special fitness and food event will include the ultimate bootcamp led by our gal Dasha – who is a qualified personal trainer and basically just our #bodygoals. She prides herself on helping women reach their fitness goals to boost self-esteem and confidence, so expect an empowering session that will leave you feeling incredible about yourself.
And because we all know a healthy and balanced lifestyle isn’t just about the fitness, the class will be followed with a cooking demonstration which will teach you some tips and tricks to use Happy Way products in the kitchen.
The co-owners of Happy Way, Ben Germein and Hien Nguyen, want to transform the way women think and feel about protein and superfoods. Happy Way has been providing high quality raw, organic supplements since June 2015. With over ten years experience in the health and fitness industries, Ben and Hien are on a mission to help guide Happy Way users to live their healthiest and happiest life.
“Happy Way isn’t just a product, it’s a lifestyle and this event will showcase just that,” says Ben. “Through exercise, a balanced diet and Happy Way, you can incorporate our awesome products into your everyday life to energise and nourish your body”.
Profits from the event will be donated to children’s charity, Kickstart for Kids. Tickets are $35 and include goodie bags as well as delicious treats from Nutrition Republic on the day.
Move With Happy Way – The Cooking Edition feat. Dasha is on Sunday, July 30 from 9.00am-12.00pm.
