KX Pilates fuses elements of traditional reformer Pilates, with cardio and endurance training to give you a high-intensity workout in just 50 minutes. Unlike other studios, KX focuses a little less on the precise core stabilisation of clinical Pilates, by adding a specific cardio element so while the core is still being activated, the rest of the body can be trained at a faster pace, giving you a full body workout. With a maximum of 12 people per class, you’re guaranteed to get the most out of your workout with individual feedback and modifications for your fitness and ability level.
