Adelaide’s east end is welcoming new pop-up bar Gin and Juice during its busy Adelaide Fringe season.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday the laneway down 293 Rundle St will transform into an outdoor venue with a strong focus on its namesake drink – gin and juice. Think a space filled with bright colours, greenery and fresh fruit.
While enjoying the good vibes with live music and DJs, you’ll be able to get the people behind the bar to fix you a juice fresh to order with a choice of four quality gins to top it up.
Perfect for the Australian summer, they have gin and bourbon iced teas ready to go on tap, but if you’re not much of a spirits kinda guy/gal they’re also pouring beers including consistent sours.
To soak up all these drinks, Gin and Juice have teamed up with their neighbours NOLA who will be showcasing seasonal snacks including Freshly-shucked gin and tonic oysters and Blackened Swordfish with mango salsa.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during Fringe (February 17–March 19).
Friday: midday ’til 2am
Saturday: midday ’til 2am
