Four Smoothie Recipes to get you moving!

We are all in the same boat where we are over snacking during iso, so it is now time to start our day off right with a protein- packed healthy breakfast smoothie. Filled with all the delicious goodness of fruit, oats and good fats, these breakfast smoothies will keep you feeling satisfied until lunch and cure the snack and boredom cravings.

PEANUT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

What you need:
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup almond milk

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy.

YO GO SPINACH SMOOTHIE

What you need:
1 ripe banana
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 large frozen strawberries
1 cup spinach leaves
½ cup milk
2 tsp protein powder
1 tbsp honey
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy.

HEALTHY GUT SMOOTHIE

What you need:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ large frozen banana
½ cup water
½ cup coconut water
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
2 tbsp avocado
1 tsp fresh grated ginger

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy.

 

CHOC A HOLIC SMOOTHIE

What you need:
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
½ cup cooked sweet potato
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 medjool date
1 tbsp chia seeds

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy.
