Coming soon, Studio360 Cycle will be the new way to ride come February 2017. The low impact workout where you decide how hard you want to work means that almost anyone can do it. In an everyday spin class the resistance is not measured, leaving you unsure of how hard you should be working. That’s where Studio360 introduces their ‘Tech Pack’ on each bike to watch your current ‘load’ or resistance level during the thrilling 45-minute class. This cycling session doesn’t forget about your arms either, where you sit up tall on your bike, choose your weight bar and enjoy an arm dropping, beat pumping upper body session.
During a Studio360 workout you will also increase your metabolism, immune system and reduce your risk of injury. You’ll experience something brand new to Adelaide at Studio360 in the first studio built like a stadium, where each bike has a clear view of the instructor. The instructor sits on a rotating stage in the middle of the class, so you’ll observe every angle of their form and technique so you can perfect your own. There are different classes on offer that vary between music and fitness styles. Studio360’s creative director Sam Stanton recommends 2-3 classes of Studio360 per week, but he’s sure their beat pumping playlists will want you coming to see them every day.
