The Parlour @ Royal Croquet Club
16 Feb to 5 Mar

Regular Mamamia contributor and Adelaidian Lucy Gransbury returns to the Fringe in 2017 with an aptly titled ode to her former hometown. Part cabaret-comedy, part game-show, Lucy is as authentic as you can get; ruthlessly self-depreciating and painfully funny, she delves into the underbelly of our quirky little town with heartfelt warmness and supersonic wit.

The Balcony Room @ The Griffins Hotel
17 Feb to 24 Feb

Multi award winning production house Strut & Fret present the premiere season of LIMBO UNHINGED – a.k.a. LIMBO 2.0 – a sensual, wildly hypnotic exploration of the mind, body and soul featuring your favourite LIMBO characters alongside a host of new, world-renowned circus acts. With all the sexiness, sizzle and edge-of-your-seat spectacle you’ve come to expect of LIMBO, this exciting new composition is set to showcase even more breathtaking performances in an even hotter and more electrifying state of purgatory.

The Vagabond @ The Garden of Unearthly Delights
25 Feb to 19 Mar

Premiering at the 2017 Adelaide Fringe, Filament follows eight characters and their intertwining coming-of-age stories. Inspired by the 80s teen films we grew up watching in our polkadot pajamas, this unique approach to storytelling combines astonishing circus skills with tales of love, self-discovery, acceptance, and betrayal. With a nostalgic soundtrack and dazzling displays of physicality, Filament will stimulate the senses and feed the soul.

The Panama Club @ Royal Croquet Club
Feb 16 to Mar 19

The title really speaks for itself, doesn’t it? From the man who brought you the award winning “My First Ten Sexual Failures (and Other Stories About Growing Up)” festival scallywag Andrew Silverwood – who named this show after a review one-liner he received last year – is back in Adelaide ready to charm the pants off you as he ponders the important things in life. World events, relationships and how condom shopping is the one of the most awkward activities one can participate in (thank god for self-check out). As polarising as he is pleasing, come and decide for yourself whether Great Scot Media got it right.

Room 3 @ Tuxedo Cat
2-18 Mar

2016 RAW Comedy SA State Final Winner Lewis Garnham is a statistically privileged straight, white, middle class Australian male but still finds the world he lives in to be a pretty bloody hard place to exist. Join Lewis at the Rhino Room where he’ll share with you the insights he’s uncovered after this last year of looking down on the world below from his evolutionarily bestowed pedestal.

Beer Garden @ Rhino Room
17 Feb to Mar 4

Australia’s favourite weirdo, Sam Simmons is back in Adelaide after sell out shows at last year’s Fringe and exponentially increasing worldwide notoriety. In a show that involves the reading out of entries from the soon-to-be-extinct paper phone book, Simmons promises to deliver another absurd – if not unforgettable – show that his cult-like following have come to crave, know and love.

Corona Theatre @ Garden of Unearthly Delights
6-19 Mar

With no rehearsals, no director, a different actor each night, and a script waiting in a sealed envelope on stage, this internationally acclaimed play has been translated into 20 different languages and performed over 1000 times by some of the biggest names in international film and theatre since its premiere in 2011. An audacious theatrical experiment, White Rabbit/ Red Rabbit is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a potent reminder of the transgressive and transformative power of theatre.

The Parlour @ Royal Croquet Club
7-19 Mar

One of South Australia’s most exciting magicians, Michael Wilkop is back in 2017, cheekier and tricker than ever! With a brand new show jam packed full of illusions, mind reading and fire tricks to boot, this is one show that you won’t want to miss.

The Speakeasy @ Gluttony
17 Feb to 5 Mar

A free digital collaboration between Google’s Creative Lab and Sydney digital storytellers Grumpy Sailor, in the same vein as 2016’s award winning Ghost, Toast and The Things Unsaid. The act of falling in love can be rather serendipitous, even in today’s modern world of Facebook likes, Snapchat filters and Google Maps. This quirky set of interactive films allows you to explore the inner thoughts of two characters across a series of encounters that eventually lead to ‘Love at Fifth Site’.

Institute Building @ State Library of South Australia
17 Feb to 19 Mar
