The Maid Hotel and local SA producers Ginscato, Signature Wines and Little Bang Brewery have collaborated to deliver new outdoor pop-up, Captain Moonlight’s Garden Party, kicking off this Friday November 22.
Previously known for its sand-filled, Hamptons inspired summer bar, Lucky’s Beach Club, The Maid’s Managing Director Trent Fahey says they’ve produced a fresh new concept to expand their outdoor bar experience while Morphettville Racecourse looks after The Club this year.
“We want to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where patrons can enjoy sunset sessions in lush green surrounds with great tunes and a cool drink in hand. Come evening time the garden will take on a starry moonlit garden vibe,” Trent says.
The pop up will feature designated Ginscato and Little Bang areas, local DJs, a dining deck turned dance floor, and relaxed picnic areas.
Ensuring to tie a slice of history into the concept, the name is inspired by colourful character and 1860s Stepney resident Captain Moonlight, famous for his string of robberies on horseback.
Captain Moonlight’s Garden Party will run seven days a week through to mid-January 2020.
