The best of beauty foods:
If we’re being real, you could probably find a reason why any food could be considered beneficial to your health, but some foods are better than others. That’s why we’ve picked our top three foods for gorgeous skin, all of which are delicious ways to improve the way you look on the outside, and the way you feel. Add one of these to each of your meals for an all-round beautiful diet.

Green tea – Great for improving complexion and fighting against dark circles. Green tea also has potent anti-ageing ingredients.

Try a cup of green tea instead of your morning coffee for an extra nutrient boost before work.

Tomato – Tomatoes are renowned for their anti-ageing benefits, but this superfood also has the ability to protect you from harmful UV rays that cause suburn and melanoma.

Add tomato to your salads, pastas or sandwiches to cure your midday blues and make your skin more radiant.

Salmon – Salmon is the superfood of the ocean, with potent ingredients that reduce inflammation, help prevent ageing and improve your overall complexion.

Swap your chicken or beef for salmon for a fresh, nutritious dinner that makes you glow inside, and out. Try grilled, baked, smoked or in sushi.

Honourable mentions go to:

Like at the Oscars, not everyone (or food) can win, but these goodies earned an honourable mention for being tasty and terrific for your body and skin. Try adding these to your diet wherever possible for an extra nutrient kick.

Pomegranate – This native African berry is filled with nutrients to boost collagen in you skin, so eat your berries to keep your skin firm and healthy.

Kidney Beans – Kidney beans are filled with antioxidants that prevent free radical damage.

Water – This one is pretty simple, drink water to keep your body hydrated. By keeping hydrated on the inside, your skin will be softer, smoother and clearer.

Broccoli – While broccoli was probably that vegetable you hated as a child, this super food is definitely an important one. Broccoli has excellent detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties to keep you healthy inside and out.

Blueberries – Berries are absolutely packed with anti-oxidants, and blueberries are no exception. This little blue miracle protects you from cellular structural damage that can cause ageing and cancerous cell development.
